Toptana Technologies is the first indigenous-owned Cable Landing Station (CLS) and backhaul network provider in the US with a mission to bring connectivity to unserved and underserved markets across Washington State and Oregon. Its 17,700 sq ft CLS is designed to Tier III specifications and 100% Uptime Standards.

MOX is a critical contributor to this trailblazing project, building the near 300-mile terrestrial backhaul network with 288 fibers of initial capacity, supporting this unique edge connection to new markets in the Northwest Pacific. MOX was selected based on its deep experience with fiber construction, complex projects, and its commitment to closing the digital divide.
